Compensation:

• ₹12,000 Fixed Salary per month
• ₹3,000 Petrol Allowance per month
• Commission: Up to 5% on collected amount
• Additional incentives based on performance

Role OverviewThe Collection Executive will be responsible for field-level EMI and dues collection for assigned finance portfolios (Home Credit, Tata, and other telecom/finance clients). The role involves direct customer interaction, recovery of outstanding amounts, follow-ups, and maintaining high collection efficiency while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned customer locations daily to collect EMIs, overdue payments, and charges.
• Handle soft, medium, and hard bucket collections as per company allocation.
• Explain outstanding amounts, payment timelines, and penalties clearly to customers.
• Ensure timely deposit of collected amounts and accurate reporting.
• Maintain proper records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers for pending or partially paid dues.
• Coordinate with team leaders and backend teams for case updates and escalations.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets assigned by management.
• Maintain professionalism, discipline, and ethical collection practices.
• Use company tools/modules to track performance and improve recovery efficiency.
• Build customer awareness and educate them on timely repayment benefits.
• Eligibility & SkillsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Prior experience in field collections / recovery / finance collections preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps or collection tools is an added advantage.
