Computer Operator

We are looking for a Computer Operator responsible for preparing quotations and billing using MS Excel and Busy Accounting Software.

The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and good accuracy in data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing customer quotations in Excel

Generating bills/invoices in Busy Accounting Software

Basic knowledge of size measurements (inch, mm, feet, meter, etc.)

Unit conversion and area calculation (sqft, sqm, rft, etc.)

Maintaining sales and purchase records

Handling basic office documentation work

Working Hours:

10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
