Computer Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Engaging Training: Conduct classroom training (theory and practicals) on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet usage, and computer fundamentals.
• Curriculum Implementation: Follow the MKCL-designed curriculum to help students become digitally literate and employable.
• Practical Coaching: Guide students during laboratory sessions, ensuring they grasp hands-on skills in AI-powered tools and other software.
• Student Assessment: Monitor student progress, grade assignments, conduct tests, and help students prepare for final certification exams.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an orderly and encouraging classroom environment suitable for learners of all ages.
• Troubleshooting: Assist students with technical issues related to hardware or software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent) with strong computer proficiency.
• Technical Expertise: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
• Certification: Prior MS-CIT certification or equivalent IT teacher certification is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in local languages (Marathi, Hindi) and English to communicate effectively with students.
• Patience & Passion: A passionate, patient, and nurturing approach, as students often come from diverse backgrounds with varying prior computer knowledge.
