Location: Sunna primarily, with travel to sites in Telangana

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction execution, maintenance of company properties, material inventory management, and land documentation coordination. The role requires strong on-site management skills, vendor coordination, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary on-ground representative for construction and land development activities, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and documentation are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Execution & Site Supervision

Supervise daily construction activities across project sites.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and labor teams.

Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Property Maintenance

Oversee routine maintenance and upkeep of existing properties and facilities.

Coordinate repairs, maintenance vendors, and service providers.

Conduct periodic inspections to identify repair or maintenance requirements.

Maintain maintenance logs and track service schedules.

Material & Inventory Management

Maintain detailed records of construction materials and stock inventory.

Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials to sites.

Monitor material usage to prevent wastage or shortages.

Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain material registers.

Land Documentation & Compliance

Maintain records of land documents, permits, and regulatory approvals.

Coordinate with legal teams, government offices, and surveyors regarding land paperwork.

Assist in land demarcation, surveys, and documentation related to land development.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and documentation requirements.

Land Development Support

Assist in execution of land development work such as leveling, fencing, road access, and basic infrastructure setup.

Coordinate contractors for site preparation and development works.

Monitor progress of development activities and maintain site records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

3–7 years of experience in construction site supervision or property development.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site management.

Familiarity with land documentation, approvals, and local regulatory procedures is an advantage.

Good organizational and inventory management skills.

Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and government officials.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, documentation management, and reporting.

Strong problem-solving and on-site decision-making abilities.

Language & Communication Requirements

Hindi – Required

Marathi – Preferred

Telugu – Preferred

Basic English writing proficiency for reporting and documentation.

Ability to maintain and update online accounts and records, including digital documentation, email communication, and basic data entry.
