Content Writer

Role Purpose: To create engaging, high-quality written content and brand-focused scripts that strengthen brand identity, improve digital presence, and support marketing and advertising goals across multiple platforms.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and original content for Websites, blogs & articles, social media posts, ad copies, and email campaigns.
• Develop SEO-friendly content using proper keywords, headings, and structure.
• Adapt tone and style according to brand guidelines and target audience.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaign-based content requirements.
• Update existing content to improve performance and relevance.
• Script Writing for promotional videos, Reels & short-form videos corporate introduction videos YouTube content & ad creatives

Responsibilities:

• Convert brand ideas into compelling storytelling scripts.
• Create strong hooks, CTAs, and dialogues to improve audience engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors for smooth script execution.
• Ensure scripts align with brand voice, marketing goals, and campaign strategy.

Skills Required:

• Strong English writing and grammar skills
• Creative storytelling and content ideation
• Copywriting for ads and promotions
• SEO & Digital Knowledge, Basic SEO understanding (keywords, headings, readability)
• Knowledge of content performance metrics (CTR, engagement)
• Script Writing Skills - Branding and storytelling mindset
• Ability to write short-form and long-form video scripts
• Understanding of audience psychology and attention span

Tools: Google Docs / MS Word, Grammarly / AI writing tools (ethical use) and Basic understanding of social media platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month in content writing or copywriting.
• Strong knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and English languages.
• Experience in script writing for branding or video content is mandatory or a strong plus.
• Ability to handle multiple content tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
