*Profile – CPA Credit Process Associate (Support Executive)*

*Role and Responsibilities*

*Minimum experience of 0.5 to 4 years in a Reputed Bank or Financial Institution in Rural and Agri domain preferably in Risk Monitoring*

• Credit Underwriting

• managing the similar profile/portfolio.

• Shift time - 9:30 to 6:30 

• 2nd & 4th Sat Off 

• Sun fixed off  

     Preferable Male candidates only

The role holder will be primarily responsible for post disbursement monitoring and hygiene check of the operational and credit risk associated with Rural Banking Asset Business (RBA), Microfinance Business and Warehouse Receipt Finance to maintain a quality portfolio. The role requires extensive experience in managing/monitoring credit & operational risk for Rural Banking.

 Rural Banking Asset (RBA) primarily consist of following business segments like Kisan Credit Card, Tractor Finance, and Micro Enterprise Finance. 

 Inclusive & Social Banking (ISB) primarily consist of microfinance to Joint Liability Group disbursed through BC partners.

 Warehouse Receipt Finance primarily consist of Commodity Finance in Warehouses.

*CTC for Experienced: 24k Gross ( depends on interview )*

*Shift Time – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm*

*Weekoffs- 2nd and 4th Sat & sun fixed off*

*Required Skills* :

Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable).

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to handle customer queries over the phone.

Problem-solving attitude, and customer-centric approach.

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

*Skills and Requirements:*

1. *Excellent communication skills*: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. *Customer service experience*: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.
