Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests.

Summary: As a Custom Application Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future capabilities for applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess impacts, produce estimates for client requests, and ensure that the applications meet both current and future needs. You will be instrumental in guiding the team through complex challenges, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also aligned with the strategic goals of the organization. Your role will require a balance of technical acumen and collaborative spirit, as you work to enhance the functionality and performance of applications while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement best practices for application architecture and design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Data Architecture. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and methodologies. - Experience with application performance tuning and optimization. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
