Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build align with the latest industry standards and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Familiarity with web services and RESTful APIs. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
