Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document application configurations and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to ServiceNow applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
