Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other systems.
