As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with configuration management and change management processes.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
