Customer Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Actively promote and sell SBI credit card products to new customers through field visits.
• Field Sales Execution: Identify potential leads through open markets, corporate visits, malls, and petrol bunks.
• Documentation & Onboarding: Collect necessary application documents and assist customers with the application process.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing support to ensure satisfaction.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales, activation, and acquisition targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales/marketing; freshers are often accepted.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
