Designation: Customer Relationship & Loan Processing Executive.

Payment Follow-Up & Booking Updates

• Follow-up on pending payments related to Plot Registration.
• Coordinate with Sales Team and clients to resolve pending payment-related queries.
• Maintain a record of updates and remarks.
• Keep a daily track of received payments via Tally and update records accordingly.

Bank Coordination & Loan Operations

• Coordinate with the banks on the required documents.
• Handle bank queries at different stages, before and after registration.
• Ensure compliance with individual bank documentation protocols.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Internal Team Co-ordination
• Record Management

Key Skills Required

• Required Strong documentation and record management skills.
• Bank coordination and loan processing knowledge.
• Understanding of real estate sale deed procedures (preferred).
• Basic accounting knowledge (Tally).
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and process discipline.
• MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND SOUND KNOWLEDGE IN REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS AND LOAN PROCESS (coordination with bank).
