Job Description
- Making outbound calls to customers or clients as per the assigned list or database
- Introducing the product or service to potential customers and explaining the benefits, scheduling demo of the product and providing demo to them
- Providing training on products to clients
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving their concerns
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database
- Achieving sales targets and meeting call-handling quotas
- Following up with customers who have shown interest in the product or service
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat, or outbound calls.
