Job Overview:

Hoora Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (CSE) to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in customer service within a growing technology company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain proper documentation of interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM knowledge is an added advantage)
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach


Additional Requirements:

  • Laptop and mobile phone (mandatory)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (additional languages preferred)
  • Willing to relocate to Nagpur (if applicable)
