Job Description
- Enter and update business data related to invoices, billing, sales, purchase orders, and client records
- Maintain accurate records in ERP, accounting software, or internal databases
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Support accounts and admin teams with documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with departments for data validation and corrections
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Perform basic data analysis and reconciliation when required
- Assist during audits and management reviews
- Required Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of accounting entries and business documentation
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
