Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Shopify Executive who will be responsible for managing our Shopify website and handling digital marketing activities. The role includes website management, SEO optimization, WhatsApp marketing, and email marketing to generate leads and improve online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the Shopify website including products, collections, content, and images
• Ensure website performance, usability, and conversion optimization
• Perform on-page SEO, keyword research, and basic technical SEO
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer follow-ups
• Manage WhatsApp broadcasts and lead communication
• Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns
• Maintain customer and lead databases
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for content and updates

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Shopify
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience in WhatsApp and email marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console
• Good communication and organizational skills
