Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are a new startup looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Executive to research market trends, identify product opportunities, and support product development from concept to launch.Key Responsibilities:Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences Identify and evaluate suppliers/manufacturers for quality, pricing, and timelines Develop product specifications and coordinate sample development and approvals Conduct quality checks, testing, and suggest improvements based on feedback Work with internal teams to ensure products align with brand vision and market demand Maintain documentation of product development, costing, and timelines Track product performance and recommend enhancementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (design, science, engineering, or related) 1-3 years experience in R&D, product development, or merchandising (freshers with strong skills/projects can apply) Strong research and analytical skills Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers and internal teams Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Passion for innovation and new product creationWhat We Offer:Opportunity to build and grow with a startup from the ground up Creative and fast-paced work environment
