Your Mission:

• Scale Instagram into a premium, high-engagement brand platform
• Run Meta & Google Ads with measurable ROI
• Increase walk-ins & online orders through performance campaigns
• Own Google Business reputation strategy
• Execute premium-quality shoots & content planning
• Track data weekly and optimize aggressively
• Outperform competitors digitally

Minimum Non-Negotiables

• 2+ years running paid ad campaigns
• Proven ROAS results (you will be asked to show past performance)
• Strong aesthetic sense (premium brand standard)
• Deep understanding of local digital growth strategy
• Fast execution mindset
