The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and providing administrative support for our back office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

2. Manage and maintain our website, social media platforms, and online directories.

3. Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.

4. Analyze website analytics and social media metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts.

5. Run targeted online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.

Back Office:

1. Provide administrative support for our sales, customer service, and operations teams.

2. Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.

3. Assist with data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.

4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

5. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and back office administration.

3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

4. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital marketing tools.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
