DM/Manager - Training

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Deliver classroom session & demonstrate FAB on tractor for Sales Personnel

2. Drive tractor with implement

3. Develop training content for new products
4. Create content & deliver training through virtual platform

5. Create question bank for pre & post training tests

6. Prepare quarterly training calender

7. Cordinate with all stake holders for nomination of participants for training program

8. Liaise with external agencies for organizing training programs on specific field requirements.

9. Liaise with stake holders and organize induction program for new dealers.

10. Liaise with premium B Schools for organizing customized management program for Channel Partners' 2nd generation.

11. Maintain training MIS and prepare reports on regular intervals.

Education Qualification

BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Agriculture / Automobile)

General Experience

 8 - 10 years in training (tractory industry preffered)
