🧾 Job Description: E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Executive who can efficiently manage our WordPress/Shopify website and handle business data analysis using Advanced Excel.

• 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website (WordPress/Shopify) including product uploads, pricing, inventory, and content updates.
• Monitor website performance, product availability, orders, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain, organize, and analyze large datasets related to sales, inventory, orders, and returns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports using Excel.
• Use Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using formulas and macros (preferred).
• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting support.
• 🎯 Requirements:Proven experience as an E-Commerce Executive or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, Charts, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in WordPress and/or Shopify website management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.
