• Key Responsibilities:-
• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and industry trends
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries
• Explain course details, fees structure, and placement support
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling
• Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates
• Maintain and update student database and CRM records
• Conduct career guidance sessions and webinars
• Coordinate with the training and placement team
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic knowledge of IT courses (Data Science, Full Stack, etc.)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Prior experience in education counseling or sales is a plus
