Engineering Intern

Key Responsibilities by Role:

• Network/Technical Engineer: Responsible for network design, implementation, and maintenance, including IP networking, troubleshooting hardware, and managing 4G/5G/fiber systems.
• Field Engineer: Performs on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadband (FTTH), inverters, and battery chargers.
• Resident/Support Engineer: Acts as a technical liaison for customers, monitoring service levels (SLA), handling L1/L2 escalations, and conducting on-site device testing.
