Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer / Technician – Thermal Power Plant .

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) professional to join our Thermal Power Plant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant equipment, maintaining smooth power generation, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor Boiler, Turbine, Generator (BTG) and Balance of Plant systems.
• Ensure safe and efficient running of plant equipment as per SOP.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance activities for all thermal plant machinery.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Maintain shift logs, operational data, and equipment performance reports.
• Support shutdown, startup, and emergency handling procedures.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for smooth O&M functioning.

Required Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Power Engineering.
