Position Title: Expansion Executive

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Location: Nagpur

Job Purpose:To drive business expansion by engaging B2B leads through tele-calling, nurturing prospects, and converting them into successful business deals while ensuring consistent follow-ups and daily performance reporting.

• Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferred).

• Experience:1–3 years of experience in B2B Tele Sales / Business Development.
• Proven track record of lead conversion and deal closure preferred.

• Skills & Competencies:Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Target-oriented with a result-driven mindset.
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to assigned B2B leads.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to close deals.
• Maintain accurate call records and sales pipeline data.
• Share daily activity and performance updates with the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution after deal closure.
