Job Description

  • Installation & Commissioning: Installing fiber optic cables, setting up ONT/routers, and configuring broadband or DTH equipment.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Identifying faults, repairing, or replacing malfunctioning equipment (routers, cabling, switches).
  • Customer Service: Demonstrating equipment usage, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining polite etiquettes.
  • Technical Compliance: Adhering to standard operating procedures (SoPs) and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Material Management: Managing inventory and ensuring timely consumption of materials used in installations.
  • Reporting: Updating installation reports and maintaining documentation.
