Job Title: Field Sales & Delivery Executive (Pharmacy) – Nagpur📍

Location Nagpur (Ravi Nagar, Gandhinagar, Hazari Pahad, Friends Colony, Abhyankar Nagar, Somalwada, Hingna, Gayatri Nagar)

🕒 Working Hours

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Afternoon break (free time)

💼 Role Overview

We are hiring Field Sales & Delivery Executives for our pharmacy network.

The role involves door-to-door outreach, customer engagement, medicine sales support, and delivery coordination within a 5 km radius of assigned store.

You will work in a team of 3 executives under a Supervisor, covering nearby residential areas and building a regular customer base for monthly medicine needs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Door-to-door household visits in assigned area
• Promote HERD Pharmacy services & medicine availability
• Collect customer data (family details, medicine needs, chronic patients, etc.)
• Convert households into regular monthly pharmacy customers
• Generate and follow up on orders via phone / WhatsApp
• Support medicine delivery coordination from nearby store
• Build long-term relationships with customers

Meet daily & weekly targets:

• Household coverage
• Customer conversions
• Calls & follow-ups
• Camps / outreach activities
• Deliveries

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
• Experience in field sales / delivery / marketing preferred
• Freshers with good communication & energy can apply
• Motorcycle, Driving License
• Must be:
• Confident & proactive
• Comfortable with field work & walking
• Able to talk to customers politely

• Basic communication (Hindi/Marathi)
• Smartphone usage (calls, WhatsApp)
