Job Description
Generate new leads by visiting retailers, distributors, and potential clients in assigned areas.
Promote and explain company products clearly to increase visibility and sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily visits, calls, and conversions.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and existing customers.
Collect market insights such as competitor pricing, market demand, and customer feedback.
Ensure product availability and proper product display in retail outlets.
Handle order booking, follow-ups, and payment collection as per company policy.
Support promotional campaigns, sampling drives, and on-ground brand activities.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update the sales manager regularly.
