Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and visit potential merchants, shop owners, and small businesses in assigned areas
  • Promote and pitch merchant loan products (Working Capital Loans, Business Loans, etc.)
  • Explain loan eligibility, documentation, and repayment process to merchants
  • Collect required documents and complete onboarding/KYC process
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with merchants for repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal
