Job Description
A Paytm Field Sales Executive focuses on expanding the merchant network through direct field sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Merchant Onboarding: Visit shops/stores to pitch and install Paytm QR Codes.
- Product Sales: Sell Paytm Soundbox and EDC (card) machines.
- Service: Reactivate Non active retailers to regular visits and proper service
- Targets: Meet daily and monthly acquisition goals.
Education: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
- Tools: Must have an Android phone and a Two-wheeler.
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and basic tech-savviness.
