Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients, promoting Care 360 Path Lab’s services, and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
• Meet doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients to promote pathology testing services.
• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into active business.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the lab team to ensure smooth sample collection and report delivery.
• Conduct promotional activities such as health camps and awareness programs.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update progress to management.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
