Shailee Construction Hot Mix Plant 🏗️ — a reputed firm operating an oil manufacturing plant and a road construction material plant — is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the accounting and finance functions for both units from the central office. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in managing multi-project financial operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• 💼 Oversee and manage all financial operations of both plants.
• 📊 Prepare financial statements, budgets, and project cost reports.
• 🧾 Handle financial planning, forecasting, and budget control.
• 🧠 Develop and implement financial strategies for business growth.
• 👥 Lead and supervise the accounts team for both units.
• 📆 Ensure timely submission of financial data and compliance reports.
• 🧮 Monitor project finances and ensure cost efficiency.
• 📈 Support senior management in decision-making through financial insights.
• 🔍 Coordinate audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

⏰ Shift: Day (Full Time) — 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
