Finishing Supervisor

 Flat Finishing Supervisor oversees the final production stages—such as painting, coating, sanding, or lamination—ensuring products meet quality, safety, and deadline standards.

• Quality Control & Assurance: Deep understanding of finishing standards, ensuring defect-free finishes (plastering, tiling, painting, flooring).
• Blueprint/Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
• Material Knowledge: Expertise in types of finishing materials (paints, plasters, tiles, cladding) and their application techniques.
• Project Management & Scheduling: Ability to plan daily work, create schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of finishes.
• MEP Interface Coordination: Understanding the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components with finishing works.
• Safety Regulation Compliance: Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards, including "Zero Harm" policies and proper material disposal.
• Tool/Equipment Operation: Familiarity with modern machinery and tools required for finishing tasks

Experience: experience in finishing, production, or manufacturing environments.
