Fitness Trainer

Job Description

Cultfit is seeking highly motivated and skilled Personal Trainers to join our team in Pune and Mumbai.

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering personalized fitness training programs, providing exceptional one-on-one coaching, and helping clients achieve sustainable fitness results.

Candidates from Nagpur and nearby cities who are willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

Relocation assistance will be provided.

Experience Required

• 1 to 5 years as a Personal Trainer
• (Freshers with strong fitness background may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized training programs based on client goals
• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions
• Perform client assessments, goal setting, and program planning
• Track client progress and provide regular feedback
• Modify training plans based on results and client needs
• Ensure correct exercise techniques, safety, and hygiene standards
• Promote personal training services and build long-term client relationships

Qualifications / Desired Profile

Athletic / Sports / Fitness-oriented background

• Strong knowledge of weight training and functional training
• Interest or experience in calisthenics / CrossFit

• High energy, eagerness to learn, and client-focused mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
