Frontend Engineer

As a Founding Frontend Engineer at Microsys, you will play a key role in shaping the user interface of our next-generation web-based ERP platform. Your work will define how thousands of businesses interact with our software every day — ensuring the system is fast, intuitive, and visually elegant.

You’ll lead the development of modern, responsive UI components that make complex workflows simple and efficient.

Responsiblities

• Design and build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies
• Implement pixel-perfect designs that align with product vision and user needs
• Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and AI-driven features
• Work with product and design teams to iterate on UI/UX based on user feedback
• Establish frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React or Next.js
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind, Material-UI, Shadcn)
• Experience with state management (Redux)
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
