🧾 Job Description: E-Commerce ExecutiveWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced E-Commerce Executive / Frontend Web Executive who can efficiently manage our WordPress/Shopify website and handle business data analysis using Advanced Excel.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update the company’s e-commerce website (WordPress / Shopify), including:
• 
  
• Product uploads
• Pricing updates
• Inventory management
• Content updates
• Monitor website performance, product availability, orders, and handle basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain, organize, and analyze large datasets related to:
• 
  
• Sales
• Inventory
• Orders
• Returns
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports using Excel.
• Use Advanced Excel functions, including:
• 
  
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• IF, SUMIF
• Pivot Tables
• Charts
• Conditional Formatting
• Data Validation
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using formulas and macros (preferred).
• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting support.
• 🎯 RequirementsProven experience as an E-Commerce Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, Charts, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in WordPress and/or Shopify website management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.
