About the Role :

We are looking for a Full Stack MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Development Trainer who can train our students on modern web development skills and industry practices. The trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom/online sessions, preparing content, guiding students on projects, and helping them become job-ready MERN developers.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct training sessions on:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• React.js (components, hooks, routing, state management, etc.)
• Node.js and Express.js
• MongoDB (CRUD operations, schema design, aggregation, etc.)
• RESTful API development & integration
• Git / GitHub and basic deployment concepts
• Design and deliver structured curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and projects.
• Explain concepts in a simple, practical, and industry-oriented manner.
• Guide students in building real-time MERN stack projects (frontend + backend + database).
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess student performance through tests, viva, project evaluations, and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in MERN stack and modern web development.
• Support the academic/placement team with technical interviews, mock interviews, and assessments.

• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience in MERN Stack:
• MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Good understanding of:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap/Tailwind (optional)
• REST APIs, JSON, AJAX, authentication (JWT/OAuth basic)
• MVC architecture, client–server architecture
• Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring and working with students/freshers.

• Eligibility / Qualifications
• Education:
• B.E / B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent.
• Experience:
• Fresher with strong MERN skills and projects are welcome.
• Experienced candidates with prior teaching/training or industry experience will be preferred.

• Preferred (Good to Have)Experience with:
• Redux / Context API or other state management libraries
• TypeScript (optional)
• Deployment on platforms like Netlify, Vercel, Render, AWS, etc.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and basic software engineering practices.
• Prior experience in any EdTech / Training institute / Corporate training.

• Ability to handle a batch of students, maintain discipline, and motivate them.
