Job Description: Creative Head / Graphic Designer

Location: Nagpur,

Over view Homdum, a growing home improvement brand

specializing in hand tools and power tools, is looking for a Creative Head /

Graphic Designer to lead our creative direction. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for branding, website UX design, packaging design, social

media creatives, lifestyle banners, and more. A good sense of storytelling

through visuals and some knowledge of video editing will be an added

advantage. This role is best suited for someone who can take ownership

of our creative vision, design strategies, and ensure consistent brand identity

across all digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities Website Design –

Create engaging layouts and designs for our e-commerce store, ensuring

a smooth and visually appealing customer journey.

Packaging Design –

Develop innovative and attractive packaging that enhances product appeal

and strengthens the Homdum brand identity.

Social Media Creatives –

Design scroll-stopping posts, reels graphics, and campaigns for Instagram,

YouTube, and Facebook.

Lifestyle Creatives & Banners – Create banners and

lifestyle designs for websites, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart), and promotional

campaigns.

Video Editing Support – Assist in editing short-form videos for Instagram,

YouTube, and other platforms.

Branding & Visual Identity – Maintain consistent branding

across all digital and offline platforms.

Collaboration – Work with marketing and product

teams to bring ideas to life with fresh, engaging, and innovative designs.

Trend Awareness –

Keep track of industry design trends and competitor strategies to keep

our branding modern and effective. Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic

Designer / Creative Head or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing website UX, packaging design, social media creatives,

and branding projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign, Figma (or similar tools for UX/UI).

Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,

or similar) will be a plus. Strong sense of creativity, typography, and color theory..

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Strong

communication and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
