Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Assist the Visualizer and Creative Head in developing designs across platforms (social media,

web, marketing).

• Create high-quality, on-brand graphics and creatives based on client briefs and internal

requirements.

• Maintain a repository of design references and creative assets.

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all assigned design tasks.

• Prepare multiple versions of visuals based on feedback and platform needs (e.g., Instagram

posts, stories, reels, etc.).

• Follow brand guidelines and contribute to building consistent visual language across clients.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

• Document all design deliverables properly with naming conventions and folder management.

• Report weekly with a summary of tasks completed, pending feedback, and new learnings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or currently pursuing)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (basic knowledge of After Effects or

Premiere Pro is a bonus).

• A good eye for layout, typography, color balance, and composition.

• Open to learning, taking feedback constructively, and adapting quickly.

• A portfolio (even academic/personal work) demonstrating your creativity and design

thinking.

• Before hiring, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a small assignment test to
