Barcelos is an internationally recognized Afro-Portuguese flame-grilled chicken brand known for bold flavors and vibrant hospitality. As we expand in Nagpur, we are looking for a confident and well-presented Guest Experience Hostess who will be the welcoming face of our restaurant.

Role Overview

The Guest Experience Hostess is responsible for creating a strong first impression by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience from arrival to seating.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
• Coordinate table seating to optimize guest flow
• Handle guest queries clearly and politely
• Maintain reception and entrance area presentation
• Support the front-of-house team during peak hours
• Ensure guests feel valued and attended to at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Pleasant personality with polished grooming standards
• Excellent spoken English & Hindi
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident body language and positive attitude
• Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, lounges, or premium retail preferred
• Ability to handle high-energy, fast-paced environments
• Hotel Management background is an advantage
