Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls.

* Call existing and potential customers to inform, influence, and sell company products and services.

* Understand customer requirements and counsel them on suitable Ayurvedic healthcare products.

* Accurately record customer details and purchase orders.

* Process customer purchases and ensure timely order closure.

* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

* Update CRM/Dashboard with accurate information obtained during calls.

* Follow up with prospects as per their requested time and close sales within the sales cycle.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets in a performance-driven, competitive environment.
