HR Executive

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

Source candidates through Naukri.com and Apna App.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule face-to-face/virtual interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining.

Handle onboarding and documentation process.

Hands-on experience in Naukri portal and Apna App hiring.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to close positions within deadlines.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Immediate joiners preferred.
