HR Executive

🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters)
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

🔹 HR Operations

• Maintain employee records (joining, confirmation, exit)
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data
• Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, relieving)

🔹 Employee Engagement

• Act as point of contact for employee HR queries
• Support employee engagement activities
• Assist in performance appraisal processes

🔹 Payroll & Compliance

• SupportCoordinate with payroll team/vendor
• Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
• Ensure HR compliance with company policies and labor laws

🔹 Policy & Documentation

• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies
• Support audits and internal HR reviews
