Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, interest, and basic eligibility.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets / ATS.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain proper records of joining, dropouts, and closures.
- Support the HR team in daily administrative and recruitment-related tasks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
