HR Manager

Job Summary :The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policy development, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to employees, ensuring a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediating and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Foster a positive organizational culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
• Performance Management:

• Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers on effective feedback and goal-setting.
• Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance and career growth.

• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation reviews.
• Recommend competitive compensation structures to attract and retain employees.
• Policy & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• HR Strategy & Reporting:

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
