Job Title: HR Recruiter – Warehouse Hiring

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring successful joinings for warehouse positions such as picker packer, loader, and warehouse associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Handle bulk hiring for warehouse roles.

• Screen candidate profiles and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate with operations team for interview scheduling and joining process.

• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and reports.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

• Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure joining.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in any field.

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).

• Experience in bulk hiring or warehouse recruitment is an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
