Job Title: HR Recruiter for Blue-Collared Staff
Job Location : Thane, Palghar, Ulaspur, Biwadi, Nagpur

Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiter for blue-collar staff, you will be responsible for executing all phases of the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. The role demands a strong understanding of blue-collar job markets, effective sourcing tactics, and the ability to assess candidates' skills and suitability for physical and labor-intensive roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Hiring Needs: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to determine staffing requirements and specific job profiles.
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies suitable for filling blue-collar positions, including job postings, community outreach, and participation in job fairs.
- Source Candidates: Actively source candidates through a variety of channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, community organizations, and staffing agencies specialized in blue-collar recruitment.
- Screen Candidates: Conduct initial screening of resumes, perform telephone/video interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews to assess the candidates' physical capabilities, experience, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate Testing: Arrange or administer appropriate skill-based tests to further evaluate the competencies and readiness of candidates for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
- Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, extend job offers, and finalize hiring processes in line with company policies and budget considerations.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into their roles, understand job expectations, and are integrated into the company culture.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all recruitment activities. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about trends and changes in the labor market that may impact the recruitment process or access to potential candidates.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in hiring blue-collar workers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting, specifically within blue-collar industries.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using HR software and candidate management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Bilingual abilities can be advantageous depending on the demographic composition of the workforce.
- Certification in HR or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
