Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, and internal databases. • Understand client requirements and match resumes accordingly. • Conduct interviews and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates. • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. • Coordinate interview schedules and client interactions. • Maintain candidate database and update status reports. • Ensure timely submission of quality profiles across active mandates. • Develop and post job descriptions across relevant platforms. • Handle follow-ups with both clients and candidates. ✅ Required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. • Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies. • Basic understanding of various job roles and industries. • Result-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented. • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
