Human Resource Manager

Core Responsibilities -

1. Managing the Hiring Process, including job listings, screening candidates and facilitating a smooth on boarding process for new employees.
2. Acting as a Liaison between Employees and Management, Resolving Disputes & Managing Disciplinary Actions and Workplace Investigations.
3. Overseeing Salary Administration, accurate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.
4. Developing, Implementing and Ensuring adherence to HR Policies, Procedures & Labor Laws to maintain a legally compliant and fair workplace.
5. Develop, update and ensure compliance with HR Policies and Procedures.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all employee information.
7. Serve as a Strategic Partner to leadership, Ensuring HR Practices support and drive the company's long term objectives.
8. Handle employee grievance, conflicts and disciplinary actions, promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualification & Experience

Any graduate preferably in Human Resource with minimum 2 to 3 years experience in HR Department
